This cruise starts and finishes in New York City, and we’ll get you there and back by motor coach! Enjoy your holidays on the high seas while visiting 7 different ports: New York City, Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic, San Juan in Puerto Rico, Basseterre in St. Kitts, Philipsburg in St. Maarten, Tortola in the British Virgin Islands and St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands! Take a ride up the Pico Isabel de Torres Mountain in Puerto Plata, which stands over 2,600 feet high. Visit Magens Bay in the US Virgin Islands, renowned for its stunning white sand beach and crystal-clear waters. Explore Old San Juan, and wander through its colourful colonial streets! All meals are included onboard this ship. This tour includes a precruise night and tour in New York City along with the services of a Cardinal Lakeshore Tour Director.

A valid Canadian Passport is required. Space on the ship fills up fast, so book early to guarantee your space and avoid disappointment!

Day 1 | December 22, 2026 – Home to New York City

Meet the coach at one of our predetermined pickup locations this morning. This is a travelling day with scheduled comfort breaks. We plan to arrive in New York City in the late afternoon/early evening. Tonight you will have free time for dinner on your own!

Day 2 | December 23, 2026 – New York City (B, L, D)

This morning we will depart for a driving tour of New York City taking in the highlights including Times Square, Central Park, Wall Street and more! This afternoon we will board our ship – the NCL Bliss where we will spend the next 12 nights. Be sure to head to the top deck for stunning NYC skyline views as we set sail.

Day 3-4 | December 24 – 25, 2026 – At Sea (B, L, D)

Merry Christmas! The next two days will be at sea as we make our way to the Caribbean. All meals are included on board and be sure to take in the amenities of the ship and relax. Our ship has enough onboard activities to fill every minute of your day. The ships decorations will also certainly get you in the holiday spirt!

Day 5 | December 26, 2026 – Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic (B, L, D)

Puerto Plata is the ninth largest city in the Dominican Republic. For spectacular city views, take a ride up the Pico Isabel de Torres Mountain, which stands over 2,600 feet high. Visit Fortaleza San Felipe, which was built in the 16th century and served as a prison under the dictatorship of Rafael Trujillo.

Day 6 | December 27, 2026 – San Juan, Puerto Rico (B, L, D)

Welcome to San Juan, the capital of Puerto Rico! San Juan’s picturesque cobblestone streets, plazas and chapels reflect its Spanish heritage. It also boasts beaches, rainforests, verdant mountainsides, imposing forts and a tropical climate.

Day 7 | December 28, 2026 – Basseterre, St. Kitts (B, L, D)

Although founded by the French in 1627, St. Kitts is a very British paradise where cricket and tea are the norm. The dramatic mixed island landscape is rimmed in gold-sand beaches and dotted with well preserved plantations left from when the island was covered with sugar cane.

Day 8 | December 29, 2026 – Tortola, British Virgin Islands (B, L, D)

Discovered by Christopher Columbus himself in 1493, this exotic, peaceful island is home to both towering mahogany trees and white-sand beaches. The region offers a challenging hike that extends 1,780 feet up Sage Mountain. A great spot for great birdwatching and breathtaking views of Tortola and neighbouring islands.

Day 9 | December 30, 2026 – Philipsburg, St. Maarten (B, L, D)

With an area of only 37 square miles, the island of St. Maarten is the smallest landmass in the world to be divided between two governments. The southern Dutch half offers casinos, duty-free shopping, and island culture. The French half is all subdued sophistication.

Day 10 | December 31, 2026 – St Thomas, US Virgin Islands (B, L, D)

Enjoy one of the most breathtaking harbours in the world today. Once home to pirates, today visitors find treasures of a different kind, for now beautiful beaches and bountiful duty-free shopping are truly its claim to fame. Ring in the New Year this evening onboard the ship with all of your fellow travellers!

Days 11 – 13 | January 1 – January 3, 2027 – At Sea (B, L, D)

The final three days of the cruise we’re making our way back North to New York City. Start your new year off right and enjoy incredible cuisine and endless entertainment onboard the ship and just relax before our trip home from New York City.

Day 14 | January 4, 2027 – New York to Home (B)

This morning we will disembark in Manhattan where our coach will be waiting to begin our journey home. Our motor coach will return you to your original pickup locations and we will bid new and old friends farewell!
