The time has come for our Italian Adventure! Board our coach to Pearson International Airport at your pre-selected pickup location this afternoon or meet at the airport! From Toronto Pearson, we will take an overnight flight to Rome!
DAY 2 – SEPTEMBER 18, 2027 | ARRIVE ROME & SPOLETO (D)
Arrive at Rome Fiumicino Airport, where you’ll meet your local representative and board a private coach. Travel to the charming Umbrian town of Spoleto and check into your hotel. This historic hill town is known for its art, culture, and timeless beauty. Enjoy a welcome dinner and overnight in Spoleto.
DAY 3 – SEPTEMBER 19, 2027 | SPOLETO & ASSISI (B, D)
After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Spoleto, taking in its dramatic landscapes, historic centre, and famous aqueduct bridge. Later, travel to Assisi for a guided walking tour of the sacred town of St. Francis, perched beautifully on the hillside. Visit its most important religious and historical sites while learning about its profound legacy. Return to Spoleto for dinner and overnight.
DAY 4 – SEPTEMBER 20, 2027 | TRUFFLE HUNT & OLIVE OIL MILL (B, L)
This morning, head into the Umbrian countryside for an authentic truffle hunt with an expert guide and trained dogs. Learn about the traditions, seasons, and secrets of truffle harvesting before enjoying a truffle-themed tasting with regional wines for lunch. In the afternoon, visit a traditional olive oil mill to discover production methods and sample local oils. Return to Spoleto for a free evening and overnight.
DAY 5 – SEPTEMBER 21, 2027 | SPOLETO, VAL D’ORCIA & TUSCANY (B, L)
After breakfast, depart Spoleto and travel through the stunning Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit Montepulciano for a cellar tour and tasting of Vino Nobile, followed by a Pecorino cheese experience in Pienza. Enjoy a pizza lunch in Bagno Vignoni and a Brunello tasting in Montalcino before continuing to your Tuscan hotel. Check in and enjoy a free evening.
DAY 6 – SEPTEMBER 22, 2027 | SIENA & SAN GIMIGNANO (B, D)
Following breakfast, travel to Siena for a guided visit of its beautifully preserved medieval centre, including Piazza del Campo. Continue on to San Gimignano, famous for its skyline of medieval towers and charming streets. Enjoy time to explore before returning to your hotel. Dinner and overnight in Tuscany.
DAY 7 – SEPTEMBER 23, 2027 | PASTA FACTORY & MONTERIGGIONI (B,L,D)
This morning, visit a family-run pasta factory to learn about traditional production methods still used today. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring freshly made pasta and regional wine. In the afternoon, explore the fortified medieval village of Monteriggioni, remarkably preserved through the centuries. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
DAY 8 – SEPTEMBER 24, 2027 | FLORENCE (B, D)
After breakfast, transfer to Florence for a guided walking tour introducing the city’s Renaissance highlights. Visit the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo’s iconic David. Enjoy free time in the afternoon to explore, shop, or relax. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

This morning, check out and travel to Rome. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour of Ancient Rome, including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Arch of Constantine. Experience the grandeur of the Eternal City before checking into your hotel. Dinner and overnight in Rome.
DAY 10 – SEPTEMBER 26, 2027 | ROME & THE VATICAN (B, D)
After breakfast, visit the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica with a guided tour. In the afternoon, discover Baroque Rome on a walking tour featuring the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. This evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at a traditional restaurant in Trastevere. Overnight in Rome.
DAY 11 – SEPTEMBER 27, 2027 | RETURN HOME (B)
After breakfast this morning our coach will depart the hotel for the Rome airport where we will board our flight home. Upon arrival in Toronto, our coach will await to return us to our original pickup points where we will bid one another farewell!

Please note that this is an active tour. We suggest you are able to: Walk 4-5 km over the course of a day with no problem, partake in a two-hour leisurely walking tour (covering up to 3km), handle a variety of terrains, from cobblestone to moderate hills without assistance and climb two flights of stairs with ease. This tour is not suitable for those with mobility constraints. Advanced seat selection on flights is not available.
