WE'VE GOT A NEW LOOK!

We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey together. For the last two decades Cardinal Coach Tours and Lakeshore Tours & Travel have operated under the same management, providing exceptional travel experiences. Today marks the next step in our story as we merge both of our companies into one unified brand: Cardinal Lakeshore Tours.

Under the new name, Cardinal Lakeshore Tours, we aim to continue enhancing our services and streamline our operations to better serve you. Rest assured, while our name is changing, our commitment to excellence remains of utmost importance. Cardinal Lakeshore Tours as always, will remain a local family owned & operated business. You will still find our team at 17 King St. E in Bowmanville & 18 Cambridge St. S in Lindsay.

This rebranding marks a new chapter for us—one that combines the strengths and expertise of two trusted brands into a single, cohesive force in the travel industry. We are excited about the opportunities that this merger brings and look forward to continuing to create unforgettable memories with you.

WHY DID WE REBRAND?

We rebranded to better reflect our unified identity and to streamline our operations under a single, cohesive brand. This allows us to enhance our services, improve efficiency, and maintain clarity for our valued clients and partners. This rebranding effort will enable our team to strategically reallocate resources, ensuring that we maintain our commitment to delivering the best possible experience and value to our clients and the communities we serve. This new look also brings us into modern times and gives us a fresh new look.

HOW DOES THIS CHANGE AFFECT YOU?

Nothing will change in terms of how you book your tours, the level of service you receive, or the wonderful destinations you explore! The bus routes and destinations & venues you visit will remain the same, just under a new name, Cardinal Lakeshore Tours. Your day-to-day experience will continue as usual, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for you.

NEW IMPROVEMENTS

With this rebrand, we saw a great opportunity to enhance various aspects of our company. Here are some of the improvements we’ve made.

WEBSITE

The websites www.cardinalcoachtours.ca and www.lakeshoretours.ca will be consolidated into a single website to streamline our operations under one company. You will now find us on our new website www.cardinallakeshore.ca. The new website will organize tours into two categories: Day Tours and Multi-Day Tours. For those familiar with the Lakeshore website, International Tours will now be included under the Multi-Day Tours category on the new site. You will now note tours will be marked either North Route, South Route or both. Pick up locations and times will be listed for all pick up locations on each tour.

SOCIAL MEDIA & EMAIL LISTS

The Facebook pages for Lakeshore Tours and Cardinal Coach Tours will be unified under the name Cardinal Lakeshore Tours. You won’t need to take any action as we will manage the transition for you. This change will allow us to centralize updates, photos, new tour announcements, and more for all our clients on one page.

Similarly, our email lists will also be consolidated. You don’t need to do anything; we’ll handle everything. From now on, you will contact and receive emails from info@cardinallakeshore.ca instead of the previous email addresses.

BROCHURE

Our brochure will also be merged into one single copy where you can see all available tours across different routes. You will also notice that the front cover has received a facelift to match the modernized and refreshed look. You can still pick up a copy at our office in Lindsay or Bowmanville – or at any of our local partner organizations including: Algoma Country Store, Watsons Farm Market, Bowmanville Mall, Lindsay Mall, and the Lindsay Seniors Centre. You can also request a copy to be mailed to you at no charge!

BUS ROUTES

With the rebrand to Cardinal Lakeshore Tours, we now offer two bus routes for you to choose from when booking your tour. This allows you to select the route that is most convenient for you.

South Route will pick up in Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Port Hope, and Cobourg.

North Route will pick up in Lindsay, Omemee, and Peterborough.
