Sail away with us today to the 1000 islands on a two-castle tour visiting both Boldt Castle and Singer Castle.
The cruise begins in the historic waterside village of Rockport. Our first stop is Boldt Castle, the grandest of all the Gilded Age Mansions. Boldt Castle offers a glimpse into one of the most compelling love stories in history. After your self-guided tour, we get back onboard cruising past palatial homes while enjoying a delicious picnic lunch basket. Our next stop is at Singer Castle where we join a guided tour of the rooms and grounds. It is the only remaining castle on the river which was completed, fully furnished, and resided in during the heyday of the great builders and industrials in New York.
This tour requires mobility as there is an extensive amount of walking and Singer Castle only has stairs, no elevator.
A Canadian passport valid for 6 months past the date of return to Canada is required for this tour.
