This cruise starts in Venice, Italy and finishes in Istanbul Turkey, visiting 9 different ports. Enjoy a tour of Dubrovnik’s Old Town where several historic sites were featured in the hit TV show: Game of Thrones. Then you can feel like a Greek god or goddess in Athens while touring the Parthenon and other awe-inspiring historic sites. Live your best life on three different Greek Isles. Experience country life outside Kusadasi on a local tour to a small village where you’ll mingle with locals, help harvest crops and savour traditional Turkish cuisine. Enjoy more time to explore Istanbul during your overnight stay, from visiting the colourful Topkapi Palace to shopping at the bustling Grand Bazaar. All meals are included onboard this ship. This tour includes two pre-cruise nights in Venice along with the services of a Cardinal Lakeshore Tour Director.

Day 1 | May 5, 2026 – Depart

Meet our coach at one of our pickup locations today to be transferred to Toronto Pearson Airport. From here, we will board our overnight flight to Venice, Italy.

Day 2 | May 6, 2026 – Venice

This morning we will arrive in Venice, Italy! We’ll transfer to our hotel via ferry and have a free day.

Day 3 | May 7, 2026 – Venice (B, L)

After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Venice. Begin with a guided walking tour of iconic landmarks including St. Mark’s Basilica, the Rialto Bridge, Doge’s Palace, and St. Mark’s Square. After lunch at a local restaurant, take a scenic boat trip to Murano for a glass-blowing demonstration, then continue to Burano for a leisurely stroll and sightseeing.

Day 4 | May 8, 2026 – Venice/Embarkcation (B, L, D)

Good morning! We’ll have some free time before checking out of our hotel and transferring to our cruise ship in Ravenna. We’ll be setting sail this evening on the NCL Viva where we will spend the next 10 nights. All meals are included on board.

Day 5 | May 9, 2026 – Dubrovnik, Croatia (B, L, D)

Dubrovnik is one of the most welcoming cruise destinations in all of Europe. Dubbed “the pearl of the Adriatic”, this Croatian city exudes romantic charm and beautiful scenery with its marble streets, centuries-old buildings capped by bright orange roofs, and lovely beaches ensconced between awesome rocky ledges.

Day 6 | May 10, 2026 – Kotor, Montenegro (B, L, D)

Tucked between the mountains and the Bay of Kotor, this picturesque town is surrounded by 65-foot Venetian era walls. Wander cobbled streets lined with cafés and shops, and admire historic architecture. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kotor is also a renowned yachting and sailing destination.

Day 7 | May 11, 2026 – Sea Day (B, L, D)

Today is a day at sea. Be sure to take in the amenities of the ship and relax. From bow to stern, our ship has enough onboard activities to fill every minute of your day! 

Day 8 | May 12, 2026 – Athens (Piraeus), Greece (B, L, D)

This is the cradle of civilization, the oldest city in Europe. Not only is this city home to the Acropolis and some of the most important architectural structures and archaeological finds in the Western world, it is also a very modern city, an urban amalgam of extraordinary art, culture, cuisine and shopping.

Day 9 | May 13, 2026 – Santorini, Greece (B, L, D)

Whitewashed villages clinging to the sides of the sea cliffs have made the volcanic island of Santorini one of the most widely photographed places in the world. The island’s charm and subtle mystery have even made it a target of speculation as the location of the lost city of Atlantis.

Day 10 | May 14, 2026 – Rhodes, Greece (B, L, D)

This stunning Greek island blends beauty and history. Explore the fortified old town, the Grand Master’s Palace, and the site of the famed Colossus of Rhodes. Visit Lindos for its ancient acropolis and breathtaking coastal views.

Day 11 | May 15, 2026 – Kusadasi, Turkey (B, L, D)

Step back in time in historic Ephesus, home to the famed Temple of Artemis. Explore impressive ruins like the Library of Celsus, Gate of Augustus, and Basilica of St. John in this ancient city rich with history.

Day 12 | May 16, 2026 – Thessaloniki, Greece(B, L, D)

This stunning Greek island blends beauty and history. Explore the fortified old town, the Grand Master’s Palace, and the site of the famed Colossus of Rhodes. Visit Lindos for its ancient acropolis and breathtaking coastal views.

Day 13 | May 17, 2026 – Istanbul, Turkey (B, L, D)

Istanbul buzzes with new energy as a hub for art, fashion, cuisine, and nightlife. Amid the excitement, you’ll still find iconic sights like the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, rich with history and stunning frescoes.

Day 14 | May 18, 2026 – Istanbul to Home (B)

This morning we will disembark in Istanbul where our coach will be waiting to transfer us to the airport where we’ll board our flight home to Toronto. Our motor coach will await in Toronto to return you to your original pickup locations and we will bid new and old friends farewell!
