Nashville & Memphis Christmas

Join us on a Christmas time southern adventure and explore the Blues & Rock ‘n’ Roll on our Nashville & Memphis Christmas tour in Tennessee!

Experience southern charm and hospitality as you toe-tap your way through two of America’s most musical cities on this inclusive tour. This week will include guided tours of Nashville & Memphis, the Elvis experience at Graceland, the Nashville Jubilee Show in the Troubador Theater, a guided tour and a show at the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame, a cruise on the General Jackson Showboat, the Country Christmas Show at Opryland, the “ICE!” experience and more! We’ll spend three nights at the spectacular Gaylord Opry Hotel and two nights at the iconic Guest House at Graceland, plus breakfast daily, 1 lunch, 4 dinners, and so much more!

A valid Canadian passport is required for this tour. Please note that the Nashville & Memphis Christmas tour is an active tour with busy days and as such may not be suitable for those with mobility constraints.

Day 1: Departure to Troy, Ohio

Board our coach at your designated pickup location this morning as we make our way into Ohio for a stopover night on our way to Nashville. We will make rest stops along the way and keep you entertained on our journey south. On arrival in Troy, the evening will be at leisure to grab dinner (on your own).

Day 2: Troy, Ohio to Nashville (B)

After an included breakfast, we will depart Troy, Ohio and make our way to the musical city of Nashville. Once we arrive, we will check into the Gaylord Opryland Hotel where we will stay for the next three nights. After settling in, enjoy some free time for dinner, or take an included ride on the Delta boats through the hotel.

Day 3: Discover Nashville, Lunch Cruise & the Grand Ole Opry (B, L, D)

After breakfast this morning we’ll enjoy a guided city tour of Nashville before boarding the General Jackson Showboat for an incredible lunch cruise complete with Christmas themed entertainment. We will then head back for a rest break at the hotel this afternoon where you will have free time to explore the famed Opryland Hotel. This evening we will depart for dinner at Paula Deen’s before an included show at the Grand Ole Opry!

Day 4: Country Music Hall of Fame, Broadway & Music (B, D)

Enjoy a full breakfast this morning at the hotel. We will then head to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum for a self- guided tour. There will be plenty of time to explore Broadway as well and enjoy lunch on your own. After free time on Broadway, we will head back to the hotel for a rest break. This afternoon, admission to ICE!, Opryland’s themed ice sculptures is included for those who wish to visit. Dinner and reserved seats to the Nashville Troubador Theatre will be awaiting us. This show will feature country favourites made famous by Conway Twitty, George Jones, and others along with hilarious country comedy.

Day 5: Depart for Memphis (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Memphis. We will make a rest stop on the way which will include a chance to get lunch (on your own). On arrival in Memphis we will check in to the Guest House at Graceland for the next two nights. Later we will embark on a guided tour through Memphis and learn all about the city. Dinner tonight will be included at Marlowe’s Restaurant, a local favourite for BBQ and more!

Day 6: Elvis Experience and Sun Studio (B, D)

After breakfast at the hotel this morning, we will venture off to the Elvis Experience at Graceland including admission to the Graceland Mansion, Elvis Museum, Elvis planes and more. You will have the chance to grab lunch on your own at Graceland this afternoon. Afterwards, we will depart for a guided tour of Sun Studio. There will be some more free time to explore and enjoy Beale Street on your own before dinner and music this evening at Kings Palace on Beale Street – the birthplace of the Blues.

Day 7: Departure to Troy, Ohio (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Troy, Ohio for a stopover night while making rest stops along the way. You will have time for dinner on your own this evening at the many restaurants near the hotel.

Day 8: Departure Home (B)

After an included breakfast this morning, we will check out of our hotel and begin the journey home with comfort stops along the way. Our coach will return to our designated pickup locations and bid you farewell!
