The Black Forest Band is the best-known group to perform at the Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest each year. They are arguably North America’s most elite polka band as evidenced by their recent win in the Polka category at the Grammy Awards. They have been performing for decades all over Canada, the U.S. and even the Caribbean. The Black Forest Band is a “full entertainment” experience! They have that wonderful ability to charm an audience and draw them into the party atmosphere. They play all the great polkas and Oktoberfest favorites. The Black Forest Band is joined by that staple of all Oktoberfest parties, the incomparable singing, yodeling, guitar playing and bell-ringing Deb Misener-Jones.
