Day 1 – September 11, 2024 | Depart for Cape Town

Board our flight to Cape Town this evening with a connection through Europe. Flight times to be determined closer to departure.

Day 2 – September 12, 2024 | Cape Town

Arrive in Cape Town in the evening and check into the Portswood Hotel where we will spend the next five nights!

Day 3 – September 13, 2024 | Cape Town (B, D)

Enjoy a private half day city tour of Cape Town to get acquainted with your surroundings and see some of the highlights. This tour will finish with an included cable car ride up Table Mountain for sweeping views of the city. We’ll enjoy a group dinner this evening!

Day 4 – September 14, 2024 | Cape Town (B)

Today we’ll enjoy a full day Private Tour of the Cape Peninsula. Drive along Chapman’s Peak scenic route through trendy resort and fishing towns before arriving at the Cape of Good Hope. On the way back stop at Boulders Beach to mingle with penguins!

Day 5 – September 15, 2024 | Cape Town (B)

Enjoy a full day tour of the Cape Winelands region, visiting the historical city of Stellenbosch, touring wine estates with expert guides, and indulging in a variety of tastings and pairings.

Day 6 – September 16, 2024 | Cape Town (B)

Enjoy a free Day in Cape Town today. Take the ferry to Robben Island or check out one of the cities many cultural/historical museums!

Day 7 – September 17, 2024 | Cape Town to Mpumalanga (B, D)

This morning, you will fly to the Kruger National Park area. When you arrive, you will be transferred to Kruger National Park for an afternoon safari drive. Tonight we will stay at Muluwa Lodge in tents. Enjoy a group dinner at the lodge this evening!

Day 8 – September 18, 2024 | Mpumalanga to Kapama Private Game Reserve (B, L, D)

This morning, we’ll make our way to Kapama River Lodge along the scenic Panorama Route highlighting Blyde River Canyon, Gods Window & more. Upon arrival at Kapama Private Game Reserve, we’ll depart for an afternoon game drive after checking into our lodge.

Day 9 – September 19, 2024 | Kapama Private Game Reserve (B, L, D)

Spend the day exploring Karongwe on morning and afternoon safaris with our local guides. Search for Africa’s famed “big five” as we drive through the shrublands of the bushveld. All meals are included while at the lodge!

Day 10 – September 20, 2024 | Kapama Private Game Reserve (B, L, D)

Today we’ll enjoy morning and late afternoon game drives. Back at camp, relax on deck or take a walk around the grounds.

Day 11 – September 21, 2024 | Karongwe Private Game Reserve to Johannesburg (B, D)

This morning we’ll fly to Johannesburg for one night. We’ll check in to the Protea Hotel by Marriott before departing on a guided tour of SOWETO and the Apartheid Museum. This evening we’ll enjoy a group dinner at the hotel!

Day 12 – September 22, 2024 | Johannesburg to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe (B, D)

This morning, you will fly from Johannesburg to Victoria Falls. When you arrive in Victoria Falls, you will be transported to the Explorers lodge where we will stay the next three nights. This evening, we will attend The Boma – a traditional meal with a drum and dance show!

Day 13 – September 23, 2024 | Victoria Falls (B)

This morning we’ll enjoy a morning tour of Victoria Falls. In the evening, embark on a sunset cruise along the Zambezi River.

Day 14 – September 24, 2024 | Victoria Falls (B)

Today, we’ll have a free day to relax before making the long journey home. Hang by the pool or opt to take a helicopter ride over the falls!

Day 15 – September 25, 2024 | Depart Victoria Falls (B)

Today we will head for the airport and board our flight to Johannesburg. From Johannesburg we’ll depart for home on an overnight flight.

Day 16 – September 26, 2024 | Arrive in Toronto

Prices are per person in CAD. Includes taxes of approximately $1200 CAD. Local gratuities not included. Book now with a $1000 deposit.
