St. Jacobs Market & Mennonite Experience

Travel with us back in time to Mennonite country and experience a day of Mennonite culture and history.

In the morning, we visit the ever-popular St. Jacobs Market.  Enjoy all the vendors selling produce, clothing, cheese, meats, and so much more. For lunch you are provided with a lunch voucher which can be used at selected Market vendors.  We’ll then gather at the Mennonite Story Museum, located in a log cabin, situated in the heart of the market where you will receive a fresh Apple Fritter while watching the Mennonite Story Video Presentation.  Here a guide will meet us and then join us on the coach for a 2-hour guided tour through rural Waterloo Region driving past various Mennonite buildings and farms including Kitchen Kuttings store where you will also receive fresh homemade cookies.
